Working at a job you don't like is tough enough without being spoken to like a child by those who believe their graduate degrees give them permission to look down on you.
Seriously, I'll work for peanuts. Someone, please hire me.

Kid Charlemagne on April 2, 2005 05:35 PMI think it's hilarious that *I* have a graduate degree... and I know that for me personally it does not make me look down at others because they don't have one. Instead I mostly chuckle because *I* of all people have one.
But, I do find that a lot of people look at me differently because I have one. I wish they wouldn't. For some, it makes them think that I am somewhat unapproachable. I hate that. I wish it wasn't so.
