A lesson in what not to doJanuary 23, 2005 | 05:53 PMThis didn't take long. Note to self: don't ever cold-heartedly bribe anyone into conversion, especially victims of a horrific tragedy. Comments:On A lesson in what not to doDopey idiots. Posted by: Steve at January 23, 2005 07:22 PMThis is so horrible :( Posted by: Ally at January 23, 2005 10:27 PMOh, my gosh! That is straight-out blackmail! Posted by: Joan at January 23, 2005 10:50 PMI hope this story turns out to be mistaken. I don't recall any place in the Gospels where Jesus said to confine our aid only to those who share our beliefs. From the Phantom Zone, Monster from the Id Posted by: Monster from the Id at January 24, 2005 12:42 AMThat's just wrong. The reporters should have helped them stop and loot the trucks. They deserved it! Sorry, I'm normally not someone who would condone that kind of thing, but in this case I believe it to be warranted! Posted by: Heather (hmgibson) at January 24, 2005 11:49 AMWe have a very large coffee chain here in Canada called Tim Hortin's. Each store has put out Tsunami donation boxes and so far about 15 full boxes have been stolen from my city alone. It is sad when people say Yes I will help you but only if you do this for me. Kinda reminds me of my mother. Posted by: LizU at January 24, 2005 11:57 AM
